Troika

And after the one day of rain - the world was all a-flower. The season is a one that is so short-lived. For this weekend - I leave you with the surprise and joy of simple color.

......sigh..... I scrolled through your amazing photo-blog. Those fabulous pictures are food for my soul. Every time I visit you I am sitting here in awe. Thank you Marcie for this delight, over and over again.
Hope you have a great weekend.
Love what is happening with V&V :)
So beautiful...
Lovely and vibrant. The rain always seems to bring out the colours.
Such a beautiful capture...that color is gorgeous!
Yes - just this - simple color. In a form so fleeting. Thank you for seeing it and capturing it.
Wishing you a weekend as beautiful as these flowers.
Thank you! I've been lurking for a long time. Love your photography and words!
H E L L O!
fun title and great mood
Pretty in pink. We have an art gallery here in Floyd run by four women and the name of it is Troika.
A very hot kind of pink. I'm no fan of pink but this is something different from the washed out, pastel variety.
Elegantly simple. Strange how one's instincts might be to shoot this in portrait mode and yet the width seen here actually allows there to be space around it.
the flower really stand out so well :)
Adore these silent transformations . . and they can be so unexpected !
jolie photo.
I love the deeply saturated contrasts in this one.
Beautiful, Marcie - and wishing you a nice weekend!
I will take a dose of colour anytime! Gorgeous image, Marcie!
GREAT title!
Simply gorgeous!
Very pretty, I love the blurring. It gives this one an extra dynamic look.
Merci pour toutes ces belles images.
very nice dreamy shot!
Love the low-key element here Marcie--it really enhances the surprising joy of the color
